Marketing Coaching Packages
My marketing coaching packages are intended for clients who are interested in working with me in a mentoring capacity over a period of time to build their private practice. They are meant for therapists, counsellors, coaches and healers who are serious about building a successful practice and don’t want to waste any more time.
I offer 2 marketing coaching packages for you to choose from. Whether you have just begun marketing your therapy, coaching or healing practice or have been practicing for a while, packages are customized to help you build the kind of private practice that is ideally suited to your unique goals.
You will begin your coaching by answering a detailed list of questions about the nature of your therapy or healing private practice, your familiarity and application of marketing strategies to your practice, and the success, or lack of success of those strategies. You will also answer several lifestyle and business questions that are pertinent to the development and success of building your practice. Finally, you will complete a list business goals and a list of personal goals that pertain to your business goals.
All marketing coaching sessions are completed over the phone and via email. In your initial coaching call, we will assess your current situation and goals for marketing and building your practice. We will then develop an action plan to guide you in achieving your goals.
The content of subsequent coaching calls is subject to your action plan that we will create together. I will provide guidance, information, and advice, however the direction of the calls will ultimately be yours. Prior to each coaching call you will complete a preparation form. You will use this form to reflect upon and report your marketing goals and accomplishments and decide on the area(s) of focus for the upcoming call.
Coaching packages include:
- 2 or 3 coaching calls per month. Number varies depending on the package chosen.
- Additional email check-ins in between calls as needed.
- Resources for building your practice.
- Reviews and critiques of your promotional materials (brochures, flyers, website, etc.) and additional materials (articles, presentations) that you develop to assist you in building your practice.

Marketing or Website Strategy Sessions
My marketing or website strategy sessions are intended for those who have specific marketing questions or problems they want help solving. Strategy Sessions can help you:
- Get started with building your private practice.
- Develop a niche for your practice.
- Improve existing marketing materials (website, brochures, fliers, articles, etc.).
- Implement effective marketing strategies for building your private practice.
- Develop an effective website marketing strategy.

Website Copywriting
My copywriting services focus on writing attention-grabbing copy (text) for websites (and also other promotional materials). I write authentic and compelling copy that speaks directly to your clients’ needs and desires and how you can help them.

Website Copy Reviews & Editing
Although it is faster and more effective to have me write your copy so that you don’t have to contend with the learning curve involved in grasping basic principles of copywriting, you have the option of writing the copy yourself with my guidance, feedback and editing.
I’ll provide direction on how to write the copy and then critique and edit your copy to help make it more “client-attracting”.
