CounsellingBC.com is hands down one of the most cost-effective way for counsellors, therapists, psychologists, social workers, etc in BC to advertise their private practice. Aweber is the email list service that I use to send out my newsletter, Enlightened marketing. I have tried several newsletter list delivery services over the years, and this is by far the best. Recording Teleconferences or Audios for Your Website or Blog
Audio Acrobat is the easiest and most cost effective audio recording method I have ever used. You can record via your computer or through your telephone. Once the audio files are complete you simply log into your account and access them. You can then post them to your website, blog or emails. Even technophobes will find it easy to use! CJ Gaul over at The Admin Professional has an incredible low-cost offer for getting a website up and running quickly. Using Word Press themes (templates), CJ will get you a site up that you can maintain yourself for a reasonable cost. Blue Host is one of the hosting services that I use. They offer free, unlimited domains plus a variety of other features and products. They also have easy to use web stats. Check it out here

Online Appointment Scheduler
I use Appointment Quest for scheduling all my client appointments. It saves time and money while allowing your clients to book their appointments 24/7 at their convenience. Now that I am using appointment quest, I don’t know how I managed with out it. I highly recommend you consider using an online appointment scheduler like this one. Online Computer Back-up
I love using Mozy to back up my computer online. I can’t believe how many therapists and healers do not back up their data. I have had several clients whose computers have crashed and they lost all their data because they hadn’t backed-up! And even if you do back-up on disc or on an external hard drive, that won’t help you if your computer and external hard-drive are stolen or happen to be in a fire.
Mozy backs up all your data online automatically. Once it’s up and running you don’t even have to think about backing up anymore. Mozy is easy to set up and very affordable. They even have a free version if you have less than 2GB of data. Sign-up for Mozy and secure your data. Not backing up your computer online is like not having home insurance.
